Leeds Media Centre is home to a range of independent media and music companies, education providers and community projects.
Unity Enterprise has secured funding in collaboration with Leeds City Council to deliver an exciting project over the next two years. We will repurpose unused space into new small business units and a new business incubator Hub with meeting areas. We’ll also upgrade the centre to significantly improve its energy efficiency and ensure that it is fit for purpose for at least another 15 years. Alongside all this we’ll provide a programme of fully funded business advice and support services aimed at local entrepreneurs.

The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), by the Creative Workspace Fund provided by Leeds City Council and by Unity Enterprise trading surpluses.
Work is due to commence in the Autumn of 2021 and the new units will be available in the summer / autumn of 2022.
The centre will remain open throughout the works. Please get in touch early if you would like to express your interest in the new workspace, we are anticipating a high demand especially for the smaller units and the flexible workspace hub.
