Starting November 18, 2024, PH Jones and Unity Housing will embark on a significant new contract, marking the beginning of an initial three-year term, with the potential to extend up to five years. This partnership will see PH Jones servicing and maintaining the heating systems of 1,300 properties across Leeds, specifically in the areas of Harehills, Chapeltown, and Beeston. Additionally, PH Jones will provide replacement installations where necessary, ensuring residents have reliable and efficient heating solutions.
This contract represents a substantial commitment from both PH Jones and Unity Housing to improve housing heating conditions and enhance the quality of life for residents. By taking on this project, PH Jones continues to build on its legacy of excellence in heating system maintenance and installation, while Unity Housing reinforces its dedication to providing safe and comfortable living environments.

On the 23rd January we held a session at the Reginald’s Centre for all residents to come along and meet the Contract and pose any questions or queries. This was a very successful day with lots of residents coming along to speak with the contractor.
