Unity Enterprise is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to supporting local businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organisations across Leeds. As part of Unity Homes and Enterprise, we provide high-quality, affordable workspace and practical business support that helps people start, grow, and succeed particularly in inner-city and diverse neighbourhoods.
Affordable Units for Business
We offer flexible, managed workspace across our three centres Leeds Media Centre, Unity Business Centre, and Chapeltown Enterprise Centre. Whether you need a small starter unit, a shared office, or a larger dedicated space, our affordable units give you a professional base without the high costs of traditional city-centre offices.
Each centre includes practical benefits such as free or low-cost parking, reception services, high-speed connectivity, security, and access to communal facilities. Many of our tenants are start-ups, social enterprises, training providers, creative businesses, and community projects that value a supportive environment and straightforward, transparent pricing.
One-to-One Business Support
Alongside space, we offer tailored one-to-one business support. Our team works with aspiring entrepreneurs and existing businesses to provide practical guidance on setting up, planning, finance, marketing, and day-to-day operations. This personalised help is especially valuable for people who are new to business or who face barriers to accessing mainstream support.

Room Hire
Our centres also provide professional meeting, training, and event space for hire. Whether you need a boardroom-style meeting room, a larger training space, the Business Hub at Leeds Media Centre, or a flexible room for workshops and presentations, we offer competitive rates with practical inclusions such as free parking, Wi-Fi, presentation equipment, and access to on-site café facilities.
Room hire is available to both tenants and external organisations, making our centres convenient, affordable venues for client meetings, staff training, community events, and collaborative sessions.
