Abdul has 30 years’ experience in housing, regeneration, investment and delivery, deploying funds Through public/private investment approaches to procuring affordable housing and sustaining places.

In addition to Enterprise is Deputy Chair of Manningham HA, Independent Chair to the Schools Appeals Panel and Ambassador of the National Training Awards encouraging others to seek recognition from learning and development. Fellow of CIH, accomplished project manager achieving member status with APM and gained an MBA from the School of Management, Bradford University.

Works for Abbeyfield Society providing a complete development service procuring new housing supply, promoting good design, meeting housing, care and support needs to older people / addressing loneliness through independent living, residential, dementia and home care solutions.

Previously employed at Housing Corporation/ HCA working with over 50 partners coordinating and representing to boards regulatory engagement and overall assessment of performance. Contract managed investment to achieve objectives at local/sub-area strategies, national priorities and targets with fullest range of partners and contexts.
